About our client
Michael Page is a specialised recruitment consultancy. Our commercial Eastern European team is based in Vienna and covers sales as well as search & selection activities in 18 Eastern European countries.
To further expand our business we are looking to recruit consultants (m/f) whose heart beats for their clients and candidates and love to work in an international setting. In our business we don't know any borders.
Job description
- Acquisition of prospects and management of new clients
- Search and selection of candidates across different industries
- Manage and steer recruitment processes from beginning to end
- Be in charge of developing an industry/geographic specialisation across Eastern Europe
- Regularly travel to Eastern European countries to take part in client meetings, interviews as well as business events of Chambers of Commerce etc.
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience in sales or account management (B2B) and/or recruiting/executive search, preferably in an international context
- Readiness to travel and work hard, across different cultures and languages in a very challenging and competitive environment
- Achievement-driven winner mentality with an uncomplicated and direct approach
- Knowledge of English and/or Eastern European languages, preferably Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Serbo-Croat or Romanian are a plus
- Internationally minded candidates who speak English fluently
